Leader of Skills Training Job Position

Humana People to People is a NPO committed to empowering and uplifting disadvantaged communities. The organisation implements developmental projects including fighting HIV and AIDS in five provinces of South Africa.

Humana People to People seeks to appoint a Leader of Skills Training, based in Johannesburg.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and take the responsibility for all work related to SETA accredited training in the organisation from an office in Johannesburg;
* Get all work done with HPP-SA projects as implementers;
* Implement according to workplace skills training plan and budgets;
* Make sure all deadlines and demands are met in time;
* Secure all training to live up to new SETA standards;
* Be travelling to the projects to conduct/secure trainings in five provinces and be hands on implementing training and develop POE’s;
* Prepare and secure verification visits in Durban;
* Develop Learning material, policies and manuals according to organisational needs;
* SDF tasks including long term raising funds for training.
