The role:
* Diary Management (Scheduling of meetings)
* Manage travelling and subsistence claims
* Arrangements regarding visitors
* Take minutes at meetings
* Input data on SAP process information databank (PI-sheets)
* Plan, schedule and follow up operational tasks (Including the control and generation of notifications in the SAP system)
* Place orders for spare parts, store stock and external purchases
* Efficient co-ordination, record keeping and handling of all Quality System documentation
* Administration of employees attendance registers
* Scheduling (and follow-up) of employees competency certificates
* Clerical work including typing and filing
* Input of budget and projections in the SAP system
* Withdraw and analyse cost statements
* Input performance contracts
* Ad hoc tasks
You will need:

* Willingness to learn
