Call Centre Jobs at Discovery

Key Outputs:
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following broad job functions:
• Conservation on request from member to cancel the Discovery Health membership or re-sell the product to the member
• Communication to members via fax and e-mail
• Responding to queries
• Keeping accurate stats of all Conservation done
• Attending to requests from management and other departments on Conservation
• Ensuring that current service level agreements are met.
• Attending to general administration requirements of team

• Gains clear agreement from others by persuading, convincing and negotiating
• Writes and speaks fluently, clearly, correctly and convincingly
