Administrative Assistant Job

The role:
* General administrative support to the Business Performance and Strategy department
* Interfaces with all relevant internal and external contacts
* Create Power Point and other presentations
* Keeping agendas and minutes of meetings
* Managing the diary of the Head and other managers
* Scheduling and administration of meetings
* Rendering support with budget control and reporting
* Organising conferences and workshops for internal and external audiences
* SAP Data capturing

Requirements:

* 3-4 years relevant experience
* Computer literacy with proficiency in MS-Office (especially Excel & Power Point)
* SAP HR
* Applicants must be in possession of a Grade 12 Certificate
