Requirements:


* Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
* Computer literacy
* Proven experience as a telephonist
* Professional, mature person with good communication skills
* Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
* Clear and friendly tone of voice
* Must be able to function independantly under pressure
* Must be willing to work shifts and night duty
* Render professional service at reception as needed
