The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth building operations at a several thousand square foot call center. Successful candidates will have an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach, as well as strong knowledge of large-scale facilities management, grounds keeping, construction, project estimating and scheduling, property management, safety, vendor management, and general building support in a high-tech environment. The Facilities Coordinator must demonstrate data-driven decision making and analytical thinking. S/he must also demonstrate effective presentation and persuasion skills (both verbal and written); this role requires the ability to influence without authority.
