Skills Development Administrator Job Post

A highly organized, self motivated individual is needed to fill the position of a Skills Development Administrator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct information sessions on Skills development related issues
- Coordinate the accreditation status for employers as training provider
- Assistance with compilation and submission of WSP and ATR
- Ensure the implementation and administration around learnerships and internship programmes
- Ensure SLAs are signed with Suppliers
- Ensure that all SETA grants due to the employer are claimed as per SETA SLA
- Compile Skills development reports on a monthly basis
- Processing of all invoices and skills development admin
- Provide necessary support to the team as and when required
