REQUIREMENTS : NQF 6 (Three year qualification) or equivalent qualification in Library and Information
Studies. Two years relevant experience in Public library environment. Excellent
communication and analytical skills. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and
PowerPoint) and the use of library management system Ability to work under
pressure and with precision. Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.
Accounting or Mathematical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a
team. Fully conversant with all aspects of librarianship
