Payroll Adminstrator Vacancy Job Position

Requirements:

* Minimum of 10 years HR and Payroll experience;
* Computer literacy with proficient knowledge of VIP Softline Premier and Excel;
* Ability to convert a paper base record keeping system to an electronic document management system;
* Knowledge of database management, maintenance and quality assurance of master file information;
* Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing;
* Knowledge of supervisory principles and procedures;
* Ability to troubleshoot systems in a methodical and logical manner;
* Flexibility and helpful attitude required at all times;
* Ability to work under pressure and to multitask;
* Ability to maintain complete confidentiality discretion, tact and diplomacy essential;
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a diverse environment and foster a cooperative work environment;
* Experience working in an NGO or similar environment will be advantageous.
