Insurance Learnerships for 2012 to 2013 Johannesburg
Workers Academy of Insurance in conjunction with various insurance companies presents an exciting opportunity for candidates to join the leaders in the insurance industry.
These learnership programmes offer development opportunity to persons interested in growing their careers in the short-term or long term insurance, Medical Claims Assessing and Wealth Management industries, a 12 month programme which provides candidates with the necessary exposure to the insurance industry.
You will be provided with classroom and on-the-job training, which includes business development skills and mentoring. Candidates will further receive exposure to the operations of insurance brokers as well as the necessary infrastructural support.
Successful candidates will sign a 12 month fixed term contract as well as a learnership contract with Santam.
You receive a learner allowance of R2 000 - R 3500 a month (as opposed to a salary) for the duration of the programme.
